THERAPEUTIC INTERVENTIONS FOR ANXIETY DISORDERS: AN INTEGRATIVE REVIEW

Backgroud: Anxiety disorders are characterized by excessive emotional responses that generate major disturbances, causing cognitive and behavioral changes triggering somatic manifestations. Therapeutic interventions show relevance significant results for the treatment of anxiety. Aim: To identify therapeutic used in anxiety disorders. Method: A search publications indexed three electronic databases was conducted from January to March 2021. Titles, abstracts, full-text reading two independent reviewers were analyzed classified level evidence developed Oxford Centre Evidence-Based Medicine. Results: It resulted 27 studies observed following interventions: Psychoeducation; Mindfulness; Behavioral Therapy; Applied Relaxation; Transdiagnostic CBT; Dialectical Positive Activity Techniques; Individual Group Transcendence Technique Multifaceted Spiritually Based Intervention; Unified Protocol Treatment Emotional Disorders; Intervention Protocol; Art Therapy. Conclusions: Of disorders, Mindfulness Psychoeducation greater choice among studies, which bring large benefit autonomy patients, considering implementation these can be performed nurses a multidisciplinary team primary care services, also enabling reduction costs health system.
